・The property is nestled in a nature-rich environment, providing a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, depending on the season and weather conditions, insects may occasionally find their way indoors.
While we carry out thorough cleaning and inspections before each check-in, it is difficult to completely prevent this due to the natural surroundings.
We kindly ask for your understanding, and recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to insects take this into consideration when making a reservation.
・We kindly ask for your cooperation in washing the dishes you have used.
・We will provide three separate bins for waste: combustible waste, non-combustible waste, and PET bottles. Please ensure to separate them properly. We kindly ask you not to dispose of any garbage outside the property.
・The parking space on the right-hand side is not owned by us. Please be careful as the neighboring land is covered in snow, making it difficult to distinguish.
・No shoes are allowed inside the house.
・All rooms in the building are non-smoking.
・Please do not move your suitcase with its wheels on the tatami mats.
・We may receive complaints from nearby residents about noise. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM and before 9:00 AM.
・After booking, please confirm and complete the following:
① Submit guest information (by 3 days before check-in)
② We will send a check-in guide, including key information, 2 days before your stay.
